Note for all new learners with DBS;
Student cards have now been issued to all relevant groups.
If you have not received your student card as a new student, it may be due to one or more, of the following issues:
- We have no address on file for you.
- We have an incomplete, or incorrect address on file. Be sure to include postal code and/or Eircode. (Many addresses don't have them and mail is returned)
- We don't have a photo of you, ( upload at www.dbs.ie/photoupload )
- You moved address from the address we have on file, and didn't inform us
To update your address, now or later if required, please go to students.dbs.ie, login at the top right, and go to the personal details section. We will need an ACCURATE address to post transcripts/parchments at a later date during your studies.
Student cards are required to tag into class when you are on campus.
If you haven't received your student card, and have now updated the above, please request one by logging a ticket at servicedesks.ie
