Due to the success of our past Springboard Programmes, DBS are delighted to announce that in partnership with HEA as part of the Springboard+ 2022/23 initiative, we will again be offering Government funded Springboard+ programmes commencing in September 2022.  These programmes are in the areas of data, digital marketing and software development.

 

The great advantage of these programmes is that they are free or 90% funded by the government and the employer or employee pays the remaining 10%.

The 10% contribution fees vary from €320-€725, depending on the programme of interest and cover all costs such as  Registration, exams and library membership etc. Applications are now open. Due to the limited number of places, early application is recommended.

 Government funded Springboard+ programmes commencing in March. 

 

*The courses are available for FREE to those in receipt of the social welfare

 

payments listed below, subject to meeting the eligibility and academic 

 

entry requirements as listed on www.dbs.ie/springboard

 

Applicants must be in receipt of one of the following payments from the Department

 

of Social Protection:

 

 

  • Jobseekers Benefit
  • Jobseekers Allowance
  • One Parent Family
  • Disability Allowance 
  • Qualified Adults of Working Age
  • Carers Allowance 
  • Farm Assist/Fish Assist
  • Blind Pension
  • Deserted Wives Allowance
  • Widows, Widower's or Surviving Civil Partner's Contributory or Non-contributory Pension

 

                                            

Under the Human Capital Initiative (HCI) Pillar 1, DBS is also offering heavily funded places

 

for graduates on graduate conversion courses to reskill in areas of skills shortage and emerging

 

technologies - Financial Analytics,  Aviation Finance, and Digital Marketing.

 

These programmes are open to 2021 and 2022 graduates and will be Full time (and run

 

during the day).

All DBS Springboard+ and HCI programmes are fully accredited by Quality

 

& Qualifications Ireland (QQI) and span Levels 6, 7, 8 & 9 on the National 

 

Framework of Qualifications (NFQ).
