A very unique programme in DBS, that helps students develop their understanding of organisational Pyschology, is the BA (Hons) Business with Psychology. This Part-time four year programme will provide students with an appropriate base of relevant business and management knowledge. Particular emphasis is places on organisational psychology. Also refered to as I/O psychology, it is the scientific study of employees, workplaces, and organisations. It contributes to the organisation's success by improving work place practises and the performance, satisfaction and well-being of its people.
