DBS is delighted to announce that we are offering a number of fully funded programme places across the Springboard+ 2017 initiative this Autumn, which includes a new BSc (Hons) Computing (Award Stage). This programme is a Level 8 Major Award on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ), and is fullty accredited by Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI).

Computer Science provides you with expertise in a variety of exciting disciplines such as programming, networking, analytics, and cloud computing. When you develop knowledge and skills in these areas you will belong to a group of talented people, with highly sought-after qualifications and competencies.
Upon completion of the core module, students can then choose one of the following 2 specialist streams - Data Analytics & Big Data or Software Development.
This programme is aimed at those with an ICT Level 7 qualification such as Computing or Bachelor of Technology seeking to up-skill from a Level 7 to a Level 8, regardless of their employment status and whether or not in receipt of Social Welfare. Applications without this will be considered on the basis of approved prior experience and learning (RPL).
