Student Testimonial

What’s the best thing about studying in DBS?

“Honestly, I feel like I’m part of something every time I step into a class. It feels like being part of a bigger community, a powerful mix of diverse students and award-wining lecturers. You’re not just a number, you’re a valued participant in the long term goal... it’s what makes coming to college in DBS so worthwhile.” - Miceal Sammon, BA (Hons) Business (Management)

Advanced Entry

If you are currently completing a Fetac Level 6 course and want to progress your level of education, you can apply directly to DBS. Students completing a course in a similar area of study may qualify for entry into year 3 of the Level 7 degree and year 2 of the Level 8 Honours degree.

For more information, please contact admissions at admissions@dbs.ie or call (01) 4177500.

Mature Students

Applicants over the age of 23 years are classified as mature students. With mature student applications, there is a greater focus on previous experience instead of just entry requirements.
At DBS, mature students can apply directly to us by completing an online application form and submitting a copy of their CV, photographic identification and a copy of their transcripts.
DBS does not operate a quota system for mature student applications.
