Did you know HCI Postgraduate Programmes are 90% government funded under Springboard for Programmes commencing in September 2022?
Under the Human Capital Initiative (HCI) Pillar 1, DBS is offering incentivised places for graduates to reskill in areas of skills shortage and emerging technologies such as Financial Analytics, Digital Marketing and Aviation Finance via graduate conversion courses.
Please note: The following HCI Pillar 1 Programmes are Full-Time (Day) QQI Level 8 Higher Diplomas and Level 9 Postgraduate Diplomas.
The HCI Pillar 1 programmes listed below are open to all applicants; Employed, Unemployed, Recent Graduates, Returners and those Signing for Contribution Credits*.

Places will only be allocated to students who meet both the academic entry requirements and eligibility criteria of the programmes.
