DBS CAO Open Day
 |
DBS invites all CAO students, their parents / guardians and guidance counsellors to our CAO Open Day - Friday December 2nd, 11am - 2pm - Castle House, South Great George's St., Dublin 2
This open day will be an opportunity for prospective students to get a taste of college life at DBS. - Academics from our wide range of subject areas will be available to talk about the courses available to CAO applicants
- Clubs and Societies and Student Services staff will be present to talk about college life at DBS
- Students can take a campus tour, giving you an opportunity to view our library, lecture theatres and campus facilities.
Students will also have the opportunity to:
- Attend mini lectures and demonstrations e.g. Psychology experiments, a mock courtroom experience with DBS Law students and live video content creation
- Use equipment, and view student material which will be on display
- Win spot prizes including DBS branded hoodies, and Domino's Pizza.

DBS School Visits
As 6th year students consider options for their CAO application, our School Liaison Officer, Collette Ryan, is scheduling school visits throughout the country in order to ensure 6th year students are aware of the opportunities available at DBS. A school visit consists of an overview presentation and a Q&A session to ensure all queries are answered. If you would like to schedule a school visit please email schools@dbs.ie or collette.ryan@dbs.ie.

CAO 2017 Now Open!
All Full-Time Undergraduate students under the age of 23 years (on the 1st January) need to apply via the Cental Applications Office (CAO). The CAO facility for 2017 is now open and the closing date for normal applications is the 1st February at 5:15pm.
The closing date for late applications is the 1st May 2017 at 5:15pm.
Students applying before the 20th of January can avail of the discounted fee of €25, after which the application fee is €40.
