Thank you for your enquiry about Available Places at DBS.  The CAO 'Available/Vacant Places' option is now available online at the CAO website . Applicants with an existing CAO application for 2014 can apply for an available place online here.

DBS has a range of programmes that you can apply for through Available Places, such as:

If an applicant completes an application for an available/ vacant place and are eligible, they are likely to receive an offer from CAO in the next round of offers, which will take place on 28 August. 

Please note that available/ vacant places applicants must meet the minimum entry requirements of the college as stated in the relevant prospectus. For further information and advice on using the vacant places facility you can speak to one of our admssions staff at the next Open Events on Saturday 26 August from 12.00 p.m. - 2.00 p.m. and Tuesday 26 August 2014 from 5.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m.

You may also apply for an available/ vacant place in August 2014 without having an existing 2014 CAO application; however you will be subject to a 40 Euro fee payment upon application.

• BA (Hons) Psychology (PSI accredited) - Graduates have progressed into a broad range of areas such as teaching, research, counselling, community or youth work, assistant psychologist, classroom assistant, care worker, support worker and many more.
