Thank you for your enquiry about Available Places at DBS.  The CAO 'Available/Vacant Places' option is now available online at the CAO website . Applicants with an existing CAO application for 2014 can apply for an available place online here.

DBS has a range of programmes that you can apply for through Available Places, such as:

If an applicant completes an application for an available/ vacant place and are eligible, they are likely to receive an offer from CAO in the next round of offers. Vacant Places offers will be issued on a weekly basis until the end of September 2014.

Please note that available/ vacant places applicants must meet the minimum entry requirements of the college as stated in the relevant prospectus. For further information and advice on using the vacant places facility you can speak to one of our admssions staff at the next Open Events on Tuesday 9 September from 5.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m.

You may also apply for an available/ vacant place in September 2014 without having an existing 2014 CAO application; however you will be subject to a 40 Euro fee payment upon application.

Week 1 at DBS is packed full of Fresher’s Week activities – there will be something for everyone.  We will have activities such as a Games Day, Sports and Societies Day, Get to Know Dublin Day, a late-night party in Lafayette, go karting, paintballing and much more!  Fresher’s Week is a great opportunity to get to know your classmates and make new friends, and we are really looking forward to meeting all of our new students in September!
