by Ivana Hajduova

Our students value the student focus that our lecturers and support staff offer. At DBS, this is the key factor in our service delivery. We recognise that you may need different types of support as you progress through your studies, academic direction, career advice, mentoring or personal attention. We offer a comprehensive service in these areas to all our students both full and part-time.

Along with our student centred approach to learning we understand that before returning to education there will be many key considerations that you will have to make, whether it be organising childcare, combining study with full-time employment or other personal commitments. For that reason we at DBS take a holistic view to college life.

The work/life/study balance is something we regard at DBS as being vitally important to student success. Accordingly we organise, through our dedicated support staff to ensure that all our students are fully equipped to successfully complete their chosen programme.

We are currently accepting applicaitons for the following courses:
  • Diploma in Huma Resources Management  is an intensive variant of a year-long course, accredited by Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), run over the course of 13 weeks (Tuesdays) and 4 Saturdays. This highly interactive and engaging programme is designed to familiarise participants with  the very latest thinking on, and best practice in, Human Resource Management. This programme places HRM right at the heart of organisational management in a rapidly changing, ever more complex, and increasingly global marketplace. It is aimed at those who have been given, or who are about to be given, operational responsibility for aspects of HRM and those who wish to progress into a career in HRM.
