"After I graduated with a BA in English and History, I decided that I needed to take a year out to explore my options before I committed to any further education. During this time, I examined a wide range of courses in a variety of colleges and I came to the decision that I wanted to pursue a Masters in a business related topic. Dublin Business School was the best choice; it has a city centre location, the staff have a wealth of experience and come from diverse backgrounds and the content of the course is relevant and comprehensive. The MA in Human Resource Management was a challenging course but was also extremely interesting and enjoyable.  The lecturers were exceptionally approachable and flexible.  Without a doubt, the completion of the MA in HRM has been of benefit to me both personally and professionally.  I was lucky enough to secure employment as a HR Manager shortly after this course and I am happy to say that I regularly use information from the course to enable me to deliver a best practice approach".
