• Our suite of arts postgraduate programmes are awarded by QQI. Our awards are recognised by the Department of Education, employers and all of the major higher education institutions for postgraduate study.
• Our programmes have recently undergone programmtic review, ensuring module content is current and relevant in todays workplace.
• Many programmes are additionally awarded recognition from professional bodies such as the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), the Association for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland (APPI) and the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
• DBS provides a dedicated postgraduate teaching and learning facilities for our students in our Dame Street building, which is equipped with a purpose-designed postgraduate library.
• Our postgraduate programmes have been designed and developed in collaboration with industry and the professional bodies so that upon graduation, in addition to your academic qualifications, you will have the skills and knowledge for a successful career. Some of our programmes incorporate clinical placements to ensure students are equipped with key professional experience upon course completion.
• Feedback from students indicates that they value the student focus that our lecturers and support staff offer. At DBS, this is the key factor in our service delivery.
