The diploma in Management Studies explores key areas in modern management theory and practice. The course will provide newly appointed managers, the self-employed and those interested in enhancing personal performance with the key skills and knowledge required of a today’s professional manager. Students will be introduced to the principles of management, human resource management, organisational communications and finance, and acquire foundational skills in key information technology applications that are used in the contemporary work environment.
