The Advanced Diploma in Project Management at DBS is designed specifically for project managers, team members and senior managers. This course aims to bring participants up to speed in the current principles and practices of project management.

The diploma course aims to incorporate preparation for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification examination. The main focus of this course will centre on the five project management processes of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Close-Out.
