Springboard+ at DBS

Final Places Available

DBS is offering a number of final places on Springboard+ programmes this Spring. The courses are almost full, and we have a few remaining places on select programmes, such as our part-time Springboard courses and full-time ICT Skills programmes.

Springboard programmes started this week, and ICT Skills start in April, so applications should be submitted asap.

Making a big career change from music to tech

Have you ever started going down one career path, only to dramatically pivot to something completely different?

Read the latest Silicon Republic article on one of our Springboard+ graduates, Susan O'Beirne, who recently completed the DBS Higher Diploma in Science in Computing - Software Development stream. The course helped her change her career direction from Music to Software Development and she secured employment with Version 1.

Courses

DBS offers part-time Springboard courses across a range of areas, including digital marketing, programming, fund accounting, big data and business skills.
There are also a number of full-time places available on the Higher Diploma in Science in Computing, with streams in Web and Cloud Technology, Software Development and IT Infrastructure and Networking as well as a full and part-time Higher Diploma in Science in Data Analytics.
Places are limited and applications should be made directly on the Springboard+ website.

Are you eligible?

DBS offers a range of full and part-time courses under Springboard+, some of which are designed for people in receipt of social welfare, and some are open to people who are currently working. Courses are starting in March, and places are filling fast, so remember to apply as soon as you can.
