DBS CAO Open Day

CAO Open Day - Friday December 2nd,11am - 2pm - Castle House, South Great George's St., Dublin 2


This open day will be an opportunity for prospective students to get a taste of college life at DBS.

  • Clubs and Societies and Student Services staff will be present to talk to you about college life at DBS
  • There will be campus tours throughout the day, giving you an opportunity to view our library, lecture theatres and campus facilities.
  • Academics from our wide range of subject areas will also be on hand to chat to students about the range of courses we offer. 



Students will also have the opportunity to:

  • Attend mini lectures and demonstrations
  • Use equipment, and view student material which will be on display.
  • Win spot prizes

DBS School Visits

Applicants under the age of 23 years need to apply for full-time undergraduate courses via the CAO. The CAO applications facility for the 2017/18 academic year is now open.


As 6th year students consider options for their CAO application, our School Liaison Officer, Collette Ryan, is scheduling school visits throughout the country in order to ensure 6th year students are aware of the opportunities available at DBS. A school visit consists of an overview presentation and a Q&A session to ensure all queries are answered. In order to schedule a school visit please email schools@dbs.ie or collette.ryan@dbs.ie.
