We are currently accepting applicaitons for the following courses:
  • Diploma in Huma Resources Management  is an intensive variant of a year-long course, accredited by Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), run over the course of 13 weeks (Tuesdays) and 4 Saturdays. This highly interactive and engaging programme is designed to familiarise participants with  the very latest thinking on, and best practice in, Human Resource Management. This programme places HRM right at the heart of organisational management in a rapidly changing, ever more complex, and increasingly global marketplace. It is aimed at those who have been given, or who are about to be given, operational responsibility for aspects of HRM and those who wish to progress into a career in HRM. It is also aimed at those who are stimulated by the growing recognition of the strategic significance of HRM in the modern organisation and those who wish to use the programme as a launch-pad for further studies in HRM in due course.

  • Diploma in Employment Law , run over the course of 10 weeks (Wednesdays) with aim to provide the student with an overview of the laws and regulations that affect the functioning of the employment relationship. The developments in this area of law have been extensive and this course is designed to assist students in understanding this increasingly relevant topic. This course is especially relevant to human resource executives, legal secretaries and trade union or employer’s association representatives. In addition any person who has a general interest in the area or is affected by any of the areas covered by the course will find the content of relevance and interest.

  • Diploma in Company Law, run over the course of 10  weeks (Wednesdays), this course seeks to familiarise students with the basic concepts and structure of modern Irish Company Law. Students will look at the various forms of business organisation, concentrating on the Limited Liability Company and the rules relating to company formation, finance and management. Consideration will be given to the proposed changes in the imminent Companies Consolidation and Reform Bill. The course will further explore best practice in corporate governance and will adopt a comparative perspective.

  • Coaching for Performance, run over the course of 10  weeks (Thursdays), this programme is aimed at any individual who is, or intends to be involved in managing
    people or working as part of a team. It will also benefit HR Professionals with an interest in Performance Management or People Development. It covers the key principles of coaching and gives students the skills and confidence to coach, influence and motivate others in order to maximise their potential.
