Irish-owned IT outsourcing and cloud support company IT Alliance is to create 25 new jobs by the end of the year as it expands its project management operations. The company said its revenues from project management services alone are on course to reach €10m this year. It already employs 50 project management staff across its divisions out of a total 500 staff. “As confidence returns to the economy, many organisations are looking to dust down and rapidly implement ICT (information and communications technology) projects which had previously been shelved during the recession,” said Dermot Hore, head of PMO, IT Alliance Group. Applications are open to graduates of a Level 8 honours degree (or equivalent) in business or non-business disciplines. A detailed CV and proof of English (where applicable) will also be examined during the application process. Applicants required to submit evidence of English must submit an IELTS score of 6.5 (or equivalent) for direct admission.
Students who hold an IELTS score of 6.0 can take part in the DBS Pre-Masters English course in July in advance of the September MBA intake. The overall fee for both courses is €11,890 however students who successully complete the English course will receive a €2,000 discount to the overall fee.
