CAO 2017 Now Open!
All Full-Time Undergraduate students under the age of 23 years (on the 1st January) need to apply via the Cental Applications Office (CAO). The CAO facility for 2017 is now open and the closing date for normal applications is the 1st February at 5:15pm.

The closing date for late applications is the 1st May 2017 at 5:15pm.

Students applying before the 20th of January can avail of the discounted fee of €25, after which the application fee is €40.

Events at DBS
Did you miss our CAO Open Day last Friday, December 2nd? Not to worry, we're holding three Open Evenings in January on Tuesday January 10th from 5-7pm, Wednesday January 18th from 4-7pm and on Tuesday January 24th from 5-7pm in our Aungier Street campus. 

Our Open Events are an ideal opportunity for you to visit the college and obtain further information on all our Full-Time Undergraduate programmes. You can speak with industry specialist lecturers to identify the programme that is most suitable to your future development.

1. Meet our lecturers - Speak to lecturers from all faculties and get a real insight to what each course offers, how the course is structured and how you will be assessed.

2. See our facilities - Take the chance to get a feel for the college and see what our lecture theatres are like along with our other facilities such as the library, common room and canteen.

3. Advice - If you're not sure what course to apply for or which career path you would like to take, don't worry; our admissions and academic staff can help advise you of your options and help pick the right course for you.

DBS School Visits

As 6th year students consider options for their CAO application, our School Liaison Officer, Collette Ryan, is scheduling school visits throughout the country in order to ensure 6th year students are aware of the opportunities available at DBS. A school visit consists of an overview presentation and a Q&A session to ensure all queries are answered.
