DBS is delighted to announce that, in conjunction with the Higher Education Authority (HEA), we are offering a number of free programme places across the Government Funded Springboard+ 2017 initiative this Autumn. 

We have limited places remaining on two of our part-time Springboard courses, classes have started so get your applications in as soon as possible.

What is Springboard+?
The Springboard+ initiative offers free full-time and part-time courses at Certificate, Degree and Masters level.
All courses lead to qualifications in enterprise sectors which are growing and need skilled personnel, including information and communications technology (ICT); international financial services; and cross-enterprise skills such as digital marketing.

As part of the Springboard+ 2017 initiative DBS is offering 6 free part-time Springboard programmes in the areas of:

4 free full-time Postgraduate conversion Diplomas* in the ICT areas of: 

and
5 free part-time Postgraduate conversion Diplomas* in the ICT areas of:

*Please note these part-time programmes are open to people in employment. 
**Please note this part-time programme is open to those in employment as well as those not. You do not need to be in receipt of Social Welfare to apply for this programme.

DBS offers a range of full and part-time courses under Springboard+, some of which are designed for people in receipt of social welfare, and some are open to people who are currently working.

Irish Education Awards
 

DBS took home two awards at the 2017 Irish Education Awards for Best Student Experience and Best Library Team. The Education Awards, which took place in the Ballsbridge Hotel in Dublin, recognise excellence amongst Third Level Institutions across Ireland, making this a great achievement for the college and the winning teams.
