A Career in Finance

At Dublin Business School we have two specialist Full-Time Undergraduate degree programmes in the area of finance:

 

These programmes provide graduates with the necessary skills to enhance their employment opportunities within this industry sector. A degree in these subject areas are ideal for students who wish to pursue careers in such areas as banking, insurance, stockbroking and financial consulting. People employed in the financial services sector engage in a variety of roles such as giving financial advice, managing investment portfolios for individuals and companies, and approving loans.

 

These degree programmes will also equip students for many different careers in the rapidly developing financial services industry, enabling them to compete for employment in high profile areas such as funds management, stock market analysis and corporate lending. Alternatively, the degree provides the basis for further study at Masters level or professional accountancy tuition.
