3. Increase your intake of Vitamins and Minerals - Taking a daily multivitamin can help boost the body and replace any vitamins and minerals missing from your diet. Ensuring the body had its dailty dose of vitamins and minerals can help it fight a cold and stay healthy.
4. Wash your hands frequently - Having clean hands can often be the best way to avoid picking up any germs. Waching you hands frequently throughout the day or carrying a little bottle of hand sanitizer can help you fight those flu germs.
5. Eat Healthily - This one is simple but can often be the hardest to do when you have a busy life. Eating lots of fruit and vegetables, as well as plenty of protein and carbohydrates will give you a good head start in preventing those colds.
