With the CAO application facility now open on the CAO website, its time to really start thinking about your future.
DBS offer a wide breath of full-time undergraduate programmes in subject areas including business, law, arts, media, social science, humanities and psychology. The Level 6, Level 7 and Level 8 programmes provided through CAO prepare students for a successful career in their chosen field.
One of our newest, and most exciting Level 8 programmes is the BA (Hons) Marketing with Digital Media & Cloud Computing. This specialised and innovative 3 year programme has been created to meet the needs of learners who seek to develop their knowledge and appreciation of concepts and frameworks of marketing with digital media. Students will be exposed to the latest cutting edge ideas, techniques and marketing frameworks through the analysis of industry best practice. Not only will students gain practical experience in Marketing with Digital Media but the Cloud Computing element incorporated into the programme will assist learners in adapting their skills in a dynamic Digital Marketing environment
The programme content of the BA (Hons) Marketing with Digital Media & Cloud Computing has been designed to provide students with a strong foundation in business subjects in first year, while allowing them to progress into second and third year where, not only will they study core subjects like Cloud Computing for Business, Digital Media Tools and Website Marketing Design & Development, but can specialize in different areas such as Marketing Research, Consumer Analysis and International Marketing.
Currently there is a huge demand for skilled works in the ICT sector, meaning that students will have very strong career opportunities after college. The majority of graduates from this programme will seek employment at graduate entry marketing positions within organisations either nationally or internationally, for organisations like Facebook or Microsoft. Or if you want to go on to study further, this programme is a valuable foundation postgraduate training.
