Dublin Business School offers a wide range of professional, short-term, skills based Law Programmes which are designed for anyone who wants to obtain knowledge of the core concepts of Irish law with an applied practical focus.

We still have available places on the following 10-week long Evening Diploma courses :
 - Employment Law
 - Family Law
 - Company Law

The classes are taking place one evening per week from 6.15pm to 8.30pm. The Law School DBS staff are qualified professionals - barristers, solicitors, mediators and teachers who pride temselves on their hands-on teaching methods.

10-week evening courses to uncover the basics of forensics and criminology
DBS is running another intake of two professional, skills-based courses exploring the techniques of criminology and crime scene investigation this Autumn 2012. 

Diploma in Crime Scene Investigation

  •  10  week course taking place one evening per week on Mondays from 6.15pm to 8.30pm
  •  The course introduces participants to the theory surrounding criminal investigative procedures with a particular focus on forensic science and criminal profiling
  • The programme is designed for those who wish to gain foundation knowledge in and an appreciation of crime scene investigation.



Diploma in Crimonology

  • 10  week course taking place one evening per week on Thursdays from 6.15pm to 8.30pm
  • This programme introduces students to the study of all aspects of crime in our society from basic theories in criminology through to in-depth analysis of the main causes of crime and the profiles of criminals
  • The course also incorporates an examination of the Criminal Justice System both in a domestic and international context.
